Come on out for Severance Days

Severance Days are here and it's time to come and support the town.

On Friday and Saturday from morning to night, there will be activities and food for all ages at Blue Spruce Park, Weld County Road 74 and Timber Ridge Parkway.

"We want people to come out and support our town," said Sharon Snider, Severance Days organizer. "Since it's growing, we would like everyone to come out and get to know each other."

Severance Days was started in 1976 and this year marks the 30th Anniversary. The theme is "Happy Days Are Here Again."

Festivities will start at 6 p.m. Friday, with food booths and a dance. Crafts, a car show, a kids carnival and bingo kicks off Saturday's fun.
