Windsor -- Premises, a developer of multipurpose Personal Warehouses, will have an open house at its new site, Nov.10-11. Located just east of the Budweiser Events Center in the Highland Industrial Park, the 71,000-square-facility offers flex office space, wet and dry personal warehouse space.
Premises representatives will be on hand from noon to 5 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. Food and beverages will be served.
Ownership and special features are what sets Personal Warehouses apart from other flex office, mini storage and warehouse operations. "It is far more cost-effective and the idea of building equity vs. making rent payments is very appealing," says Steve Garrison, CEO of Premises, LLC. Owners have their choice of sizes, and all units are fully insulated, have high intensity lighting, ample power and heat, 14 x 14 foot garage doors, with private or central restrooms.
Personal warehouses are ideally suited to fit the needs of business owners, distributors, car collectors, RV owners, boat and motorcycle enthusiasts and hobbyists .
"The addition of small office flex-space to the personal warehouse concept has also been overwhelmingly received by business owners," adds Garrison.
The Windsor location represents Premises' seventh personal warehouse development in Colorado. Business owners and people with RVs, boats are all welcome at the open house. Appointments can also be made by calling (888) 323 5151 Ext. 204 and more information can be found at www.PersonalWarehouse.com.
