New Years Bull Bash set for Sunday

Tickets are still available and priced at $12, $17, and $25 for V.I.P. chute seating. Tickets can be purchased by calling (877) 544-TIXX, online at www.ComcastTix.com; Budweiser Events Center Box Office, 5290 Arena Circle, in Loveland; Fort Fun, 1513 E Mulberry Street, in Fort Collins; Colorado Eagles Office, 1625 Pelican Lakes Point, in Windsor; Woody's Newsstand & Café, 942 9th Ave., in Greeley; and the Taco John's Event Center, 1530 W. Lincoln Way in Cheyenne, Wyo.

LOVELAND--Ring in the New Year with some bulls.

The First National Bank New Years Bulls presented by Pedersen Toyota is set for 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Budweiser Events Center, 5290 Arena Circle in Loveland.

The second annual event will be sponsored by K99 and Poudre Valley Coop and will feature bull riders from all over the Pro Team Bull Riders (PTBR) circuit.

Bull riders and bull fighters will be competing for cash and prizes and the bulls themselves will have their own competition, called the Bucking Bull Challenge. The fans will pick out their favorite bull rider, bull fighter, and their favorite bull.

The New Years Eve Bull Bash will immediately follow the bull riding event. During this event there will be an awards presentation for the PTBR, plus paid concessions, cash bars, a local D.J., and a champagne toast at midnight.

A cover charge of $5 and will be issued at the door.

At 1 p.m. Monday there will be a Young Guns Kids Rodeo presented by the Saddle Up Foundation. Call 970- 454-3633 to become a contestant (ages 3-19).
