Print Comment
The 500-acre development at Interstate 25 and U.S. 34 has drawn a hotel to its site.

Intermountain Management LLC. has bought 2.55 acres south of the Diamond Shamrock gas station at the southeast corner of the intersection to build a Homewood Suites by Hilton.

Intermountain paid $1.54 million for the land.

Homewood suites recently opened a location in Fort Collins, their 200th across the country.
