Print Comment
A Greeley man was arrested Tuesday after crashing his convertible into a house, causing substantial damage, according to Greeley police Sgt. Jon Baker.
Police arrested Daniel Hulsey, 27, of Greeley for careless driving and driving under the influence. Police were called at 10:15 p.m. to a house at 3909 28th St. Road in southwest Greeley after Hulsey’s Volvo jumped the curb in a cul de sac, clipped a pickup and ran into a house. The crash put a hole in the kitchen area, Baker said. He added that the crash knocked out the power to the home.
Residents were at home at the time of the crash, but no one was injured, Baker said.
Hulsey also was not injured, Baker said.
