The fifth Taste of Elegance banquet and auction will take place Saturday at the First United Presbyterian Church Celebration Center, 1321 9th Ave.
The event will include a dinner served by Chef Marcos Baltierra, a former chef at Brown Palace, and auctions to benefit the Genesis Project of Northern Colorado, said Karla Grieser with the Genesis Project, a non-profit Christian organization.
