Real estate agent surrenders license

Print Comment
A Greeley Realtor has surrendered his real estate license to the Colorado Real Estate Commission.

Gunnar J. Weber of New Horizons & Associates agreed to surrender his real estate broker’s license to the commission March 21 following an investigation into some of his dealings. The investigation was started following a complaint filed with the commission, according to a posting on the commission’s website.

According to the posting, there were five cases it looked into regarding Weber and it found “reasonable grounds exist” to refer Weber for violations of the real estate licensing law. Weber, the site said, admitted to the factual findings and violations and agreed to permanently surrender his broker’s license to the commission.
