Chamber to sell trees as part of Arbor Day

Print Comment
Greeley officials will sell 500 blue spruce tree seedlings to residents as part of Arbor Day in mid-April.

At 9 a.m. April 18, officials also will plant a tree in Lincoln Park. In addition, officials from the Greeley Chamber of Commerce will sell the 9-inch seedlings for $5 each. Proceeds from the sale will benefit future Arbor Day activities by the Market Greeley Partnership -- a group of community volunteers promoting Greeley.

Trees will be available for pickup from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. April14-18. For more information or to place and order for a tree, contact the LeeAnn Sterling at (970) 352-3566 or at leeann@greeleychamber.com.
