UNC fraternity puts on free Children's Carnival Sunday

Nu Alpha Kappa, a Latino-based fraternity at the University of Northern Colorado, will host the Nakland Children's Carnival at UNC on Sunday.

The all-day carnival, noon-5 p.m., is free and will feature carnival games and prizes, inflatable games, live entertainment, food and refreshments. Entertainers include Danza Azteca, Baile Folklorico and clowns.

The carnival will take place at the UNC Garden Theater, 10th Avenue and 18th Street.
