McCowen Hall history to be feted

McCowen Hall will soon be razed to make way for the west campus housing project at the University of Northern Colorado.

To celebrate the hall's history and heritage, UNC will host an event "Rolls Out the Red Carpet One Last Time" from 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday in McCowen North.

"McOscars" is the theme and attendees will learn about the McCowen Hall documentary project, the hall time capsule and have an opportunity to buy a McCowen Hall T-shirt.
