Motorcyclist injured in crash

A motorcyclist is in the hospital after colliding with a vehicle early Saturday evening, Greeley police said.

About 5 p.m., Nancy Adane was driving northbound near the intersection of 23rd Avenue and 24th Street when a vehicle pulled out in front of her, causing her to be thrown off her motorcycle, said Greeley Police Sgt. Mike Zeller. Zeller said Adane was in her early 50s.

Adana was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injures.

The driver of the vehicle, Rashaun Alden was cited for an illegal turn, Zeller said.
