Anyone looking to upgrade job skills or paycheck size might want to attend the Career Upgrade Open House at Aims Community College from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the Aims Community College Center, 5590 W. 11th St.
The focus of the event is non-traditional students, who is already in the workforce and looking to upgrade their skills. Aims faculty and staff from the college's spectrum of fields -- from automotive technology and accounting to criminal justice and health services -- will attend to answer questions about opportunities.
