Your Two Cents for April 29

Print Comment
Right to work: It's a fight for all of us

Colorado is about to undergo its biggest fight forever. The right to work is the right to work for less money. It is not just a union fight, it is a fight for all of us.

Vandalism is dumb

Congratulations to the very, very small person who tagged Cameron Elementary School. You have gone from being very dumb to being very, very stupid. Best wishes to you on your prison endeavors.

Tired of doing the doo at public park

I walk around Bittersweet daily and despite two different "No Dogs Allowed" signs, more often than not, there are people walking their dogs. Since the arthritis in my knees was bothering me yesterday, I decided to walk at the edge of the grass. Within a few minutes, I stepped in two different piles of dog doo. I'd sure welcome the cop from Monfort's park.

ON THE TRIBUNE

What's up, Tribune?

I'm disappointed with the Greeley Tribune. The Faith pages used to be in its own section, then the Tribune buried it in the Sports section. Now all the listings for church services have been removed. What's up, Tribune?

ON PRESIDENT BUSH

Bush has sold us out

I saw in a recent Two Cents that there are still those in denial about Bush. These people will never wake up long enough to realize what President Bush has done to his fellow man. More than 4,000 soldiers have been killed and countless others disabled for life. Once-proud Americans have lost their jobs and homes. In short, Bush has sold out Americans. How can this be considered great?

Wanda, Evans

Think about it, people

You elect two oilmen as president and vice president, and you wonder why gasoline prices go up? Well, I think I know the answer to that, gentlemen and ladies, or ladies and gentlemen, whichever you prefer. Think about it.

Lavonne, Ault
