Colorado Master Gardeners of Weld County will sponsor the first of what will become an annual plant sale, noon-6 p.m., May 9 at St. Michael's Town Square.
The sale will raise money for horticulture education programs in the county.
St. Michael's is located just off 65th Avenue and U.S. 34 Bypass; the sale booth will be set up by the flag pole. The sale will include pots and hanging baskets of colorful annuals and perennials just in time for Mother's Day weekend.
There will also be a gardening and horticulture information table and master gardeners will be on hand to answer questions.
