Your Two Cents for April 30

We have an available work force already

We don't need guest workers in Colorado. We have a readily available work force. They're called people on public assistance.

Metrically challenged

Reporter Dan England's recent story about the Bolder Boulder tells us, "the metrically challenged," as England put it, is 6.1 miles. Who's metrically challenged? A 10K is slightly more than 6.2 miles.

Limbaugh could get sued in civil court

My Two Cents is calling with an insight on Rush Limbaugh's comments on rioting in Denver. If riots happen, look for Rush to get sued in civil court for inciting them, and you'll see Rush lose all that money he loves so much. He'll be reduced to saying "would you like fries with that?"

ON ADAMSON COLUMN

Rough times? U.S. has survived worse

Wow! According to the lunacy of R.P. Adamson, we live in one of the worst nations on Earth. The United States has survived world wars, a depression, many recessions and gives more financial aid to other countries than any other nation. We live in a free country, and if a person believes in this country, as I do, times will get better. They always do. It just goes in cycles. Ask your great-grandparents about rough times. You can hardly say these are rough times with a roof over your head and two cars in the garage. I apologize if the drywall business is a little slow right now.

Joey, Eaton

Move if you don't like it here anymore

I would personally like to know where Mr. R.P. Adamson would like to live, and hopefully, we could all help him pack so he could move and go there.

Helen, Greeley
