NCMC offers summer exercise classes

Print Comment
The Northern Colorado Medical Center will hold its annual 12-week exercise program, Body Shoppe, starting June 3.

Prior to beginning the program, each person will have a treadmill test, measurement of body fat, flexibility test and blood testing for lipids. Each participant will receive an exercise prescription based on the test results.

Testing begins on May 19. The hospital will hold four exercise classes five times a week, as well as eight evening education classes throughout the summer session.

If someone attends 85 percent of the sessions, they will receive follow-up testing for free. The cost is $299 per person or $500 per couple. For more information, call (970) 350-6204.
