Fox 31 forecast for May 9

Print Comment
The past two days have been more spring-like than this spring so far. However, today those showers and thunderstorms will not make much of an appearance here in Weld County. Drier, more stable air has moved in, but the break in our recent active weather pattern is only temporary. The next in our series of storm systems will swoop down out of Montana later this evening. The air with this weather system is rather chilly, so we'll go from afternoon temperatures near 70 degrees today to highs in the 50s on Saturday. We'll also see a few more rain showers for the start of the weekend.

It doesn't look like the weather will dampen Colorado's celebration of mom. Sunday is mother's day, and I still think we'll enjoy plenty of sunshine with afternoon temperatures in the upper 60s in the Greeley area.

Be sure to check out our new weather section on www.MyFoxColorado.com. You can find current conditions, live Web cams and the updated extended forecast specifically for the Greeley area
