Central's magnet program to put on arts gala

Students with Greeley Central High's Art Magnet Program are hosting their annual Spring Arts Gala on Tuesday.

The event will include orchestra and jazz band performances, dance, musical comedy, displays of original artwork and photography exhibits.

The gala will be at 7 p.m. at the Union Colony Civic Center, 701 10th Ave.

Proceeds from the gala will benefit the school's Art Magnet Foundation, which provides equipment, ticket subsidies and scholarships.

Tickets for the Spring Art Gala are $1 and may be purchased from Greeley Central or the UCCC ticket office. For more information, call 348-5093.
