Colorado tornado disaster response fund set up

To contribute to the disaster relief efforts of Thursday's tornado, people can send money to the United Way of Weld County. All money will be earmarked directly for the relief efforts and the needs of the tornado victims, according to a press release.

Money will go toward food, shelter, clothing, etc., the release stated.

To contribute, dial 2-1-1 or (970) 353-4300, go to www.unitedway-weld.org or mail to United Way of Weld County, P.O. Box 1944, Greeley, CO 80632. You also can deliver money personally to the United Way office, 814 9th St., in Greeley.

All Cache Bank & Trust locations also will accept contributions to this fund:

Make checks payable: to United Way Disaster Fund

Donations may also be made to American Red Cross and Catholic Charities Northern.
