«John Kosmicki, a registered representative with Questar Capital Corp., has been recognized for his sales production in 2007 by being named a Diamond Elite Producer in the Questar Capital Elite Producer Program, one of the highest distinctions offered by Questar Capital.

Kosmicki is the principal of Frontier Investment Services, LLC at New Frontier Bank of Greeley. Frontier Investment Services, LLC provides comprehensive investment services to its clients.

This is the third year Kosmicki has ranked as one of the top five producers at the Diamond Elite level.

Kosmicki was recognized with an award during a special presentation ceremony at the Questar Capital National Sales conference in Marco Island, Fla.

«Myndie Neece, who has ranked in the top 5 percent nationally among all Realtors, has joined Keller Williams' Loveland Business Center, 3780 N. Garfield St.

Neece started her real estate career in 1989 and has worked with several national and local builders. She specializes in new home construction design and marketing.

«Eric Rummel has been named manager of the marketing department for Flood & Peterson Insurance.

A 17-year insurance-industry veteran, Rummel will work with underwriters at commercial insurance carriers that partner with Flood & Peterson to design insurance solutions for Flood & Peterson clients.

Prior to joining Flood & Peterson, Rummel served as an underwriting manager for the construction division of national carrier Zurich North America. During his nine years at Zurich, he also was an underwriting manager in San Francisco and Sacramento. He was a member of Zurich's management team for seven years.

«Dr. Jean R. Paquelet has joined Advance Medical Imaging Associates of Fort Collins.

She is board-certified in diagnostic radiology and completed her residency at Ohio State University Hospitals in Columbus. She was a staff radiologist at Grant Medical Center/Ohio Health System and the director of breast imaging for Grant Medical Center.

Paquelet is involved in breast-related accreditation programs of the American College of Radiology and serves on the ACR's Mammography Accreditation and Breast Ultrasound Accreditation Committees.

«Mark A. Abeyta has been named admissions representative for the Fort Collins campus of the Institute of Business and Medical Careers.

Abeyta was in an admissions position at IBMC several years ago. He brings more than 13 years of sales, management and customer service experience to IBMC. His primary responsibilities will be to recruit and interview prospective students. Additionally, he will assist in class start orientations, recruitment events and school retention activities.

«Elisa Denning of Keller Williams Realty has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation, joining other top-producing Realtors who have completed a minimum of 90 hours of advanced real estate training.

Denning has been with Keller Williams in Loveland, 3780 N. Garfield, for more than two years. In addition to residential real estate, she focuses on farm, ranch and acreage properties.

«Pitchers Brewery of Greeley has won silver and bronze medals at the 2008 North American Beer Awards, an international beer competition that recognizes the most outstanding beers produced in North America. The top three winners in the competition's 76 beer-style categories were announced earlier this month at the Mountain Brewers Beer Festival in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Pitchers Brewery was recognized in the Belgian Strong Pale Ale beer-style category with a silver medal for its Belgian-Style Golden Ale, a straw colored ale brewed with a special Belgian yeast strain. This beer features a slightly spicy noble hop aroma, and is full-flavored with a dry finish. This same beer was also awarded a bronze medal in the Belgain Saison beer-style category.

Pitchers Brewery, 2501 11th Ave., is a brewpub that specializes in hand-crafted beers. It also is a full-service restaurant/sports bar with indoor and patio seating.

«The 4th Annual Build It for the Children charity home project has started.

Ground has been broken in Windsor for the home that will be built with concrete forms. A Web site, www.builditforthechildren.org, will update progress on the home. Visitors to the site may register to receive weekly e-mail reminders to vote on home features. Each week, a randomly selected voter will win a gift certificate to local restaurants in northern Colorado.

The home will be a participant in the upcoming 2008 Parade of Homes throughout September hosted by the Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado.

«Advanced Medical Imaging Associates PC of Fort Collins has been given the contract to provide radiology professional services for Greeley Medical Clinic, a large multi-specialty group in Greeley consisting of 55 doctors plus mid-level providers.

The clinic has served the Greeley area for more than 70 years.

AMIC provides radiology professional services throughout the region, including hospital and imaging centers in Fort Collins, Loveland, Wyoming, southwestern Nebraska and the eastern plains of Colorado.

«PC group ... The next meeting of the Front Range PC Users Group will be 7-9 p.m. July 1, at the Fort Collins Senior Center, 1200 Raintree Drive.

This month's topic will be the annual Hardware/Software ZOO. Members will demonstrate the results of their hardware and software experiments.

Front Range PC Users Group is a registered nonprofit organization. All knowledge levels, from novice to expert, are welcome. The public is invited to attend. There is no charge for attending the meeting.

«Free teleseminar ... The Greeley Chamber of Commerce will host a free small-business teleseminar for members starting Monday.

Tim Tomasovich, owner of eMarketing Partner, will be interviewed as the guest expert. He'll provide the foundation for an e-mail marketing campaign.

The free, twice-monthly live tele-series is designed to provide small-business owners and managers with valuable information and insights from other chamber members.

The calls will be conducted at 7 p.m. Mondays and noon Fridays, allowing small-business owners and managers to participate outside of peak business hours.
