There’s a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 3 p.m. Otherwise, it will be partly cloudy, with a high near 82 degrees, leading into a pleasant weekend.

There will be a better chance of showers and thunderstorms before midnight tonight under partly cloudy skies and a low of around 55 degrees. The weekend will see highs in the mid to upper 80s and lows in the mid 50s with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms Saturday and Sunday.

At 6:30 a.m., roads in the area were dry, and traffic was moving normally.
